Family Business
Our syrup is sold exclusively by us online or during summer/christmas markets. It is 100% a small family business.

Our Syrup

Our maple syrup is 100% Natural and it’s made and distributed by our small family business tucked away in the mountains of the beautiful Eastern Townships of Quebec. Our syrup is defined by its taste rather than it’s color, and we strongly believe in and aspire to create a product of superior quality and flavor. Every spring, the sap is collected by hand in buckets, without the use of plastic tubing, and boiled over a wood fire, giving the syrup its distinct and smoky taste. It’s a lot of work, but, we’re willing to go the extra mile in order to produce an outstanding, delicious product for all to enjoy.

    Markets

In the winter and early spring, we have fun making sugar on snow for the skiers.

In the spring and summer, we distribute our syrup in the Old Port of Montreal, and for many years, we have been stationed outside of the Marche Bonsecours on St-Paul street. We have also been to several Christmas markets in Montreal and Toronto. Our dynamic sales team/family is always warm and welcoming, and we even have a very rustic and award-winning display. This year, there will be heavy construction on St-Paul street, therefore, we will be fanning out to two other locations, for more updates on where that will be, check out our Facebook and Instagram pages and we’ll keep you up to date! If you are swinging by or living in the Montreal area, don’t hesitate to drop by and experience something truly special.

We also sell our maple butter, maple sugar, and other maple products.
